All Inclusive Support Service

GP Computers offers a cost-effective fixed price all-inclusive remote dial in contract for all your external IT support that covers all your users, your in house or cloud network servers. Included in our fixed price remote contract payable monthly, there is also an unlimited on-Site Support for any issues that are or cannot be resolved remotely as standard. Within the contract, we also offer as standard a full 24/7 proactive monitoring of the servers and network;
In case of breakdown of any of your supported hardware equipment, we always have a selection of spare PC’s, laptops and Printers, that can be loaned, to ensure that there is no disruption to clients works schedules and once gain included in our fixed price monthly contracts as standard.

Highly Experienced Team

At the outset our Senior engineer will make a site visit to determine the client’s requirements and conduct a free audit of clients IT infrastructure and advice on appropriate structure of requested support.
We offer a full single user installs/desktop builds alongside deployment or upgrade of any new or existing servers based onsite or cloud.
Our technical engineers are dedicated, qualified experienced individuals, who pride themselves on ensuring that every IT issue is resolved. Whether your issue is windows, mac or cloud related- we can resolve it.

New Project’s management

In this digital age, we appreciate that many senior team members of our clients work on flexi time well into the evening and sometime in overseas time zones , therefore we offer a full out of hours support service, whenever it’s required with an on call Engineer/Technician at your time of choosing, to fix any issues and once again is included in our all-inclusive support agreement or it can be tailored to the clients specific requirement or even as standalone service.
